In 2020 we will resume offering trips in New Mexico, our multi-cultural state, sharing with you the unique mosaic of people, art, music and cuisine.

 

This trip will include observing the dances and feasting with our Native American friends at Jemez Pueblo.  We will spend an evening at the Navajo rug auction at Crownpoint, and visit the Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge for the sunset fly in of the snow geese and sand hill cranes.  We will look at some of the social issues New Mexico faces and meet some of the people leading the search for solutions.  A similar trip over Easter 2021, (April 3-10, 2021) is being considered.
